Residential and Commercial Experts
BGI was incorporated in May 8, 2012. Initially it was created to focus on real estate dealings. Later on, the founders decided to make BGI as the mother company a.k.a. management company for all the rest of the companies such as Premiere Home Builders, LA Construction, Blvd Café and Monaco Restaurant. Currently, BGI has one rental property in Northridge. As of date, August 5, 2020, Monaco Restaurant is undergoing renovation at 16610 Ventura Blvd under the BGI’s management. Since October 2019, BGI has been acting as the property management for two current locations: 16610/16616 Ventura Blvd in Encino CA. Under its current projects, Monaco Restaurant is so far the biggest investment that BGI is overseeing, not to mention a construction project at 15468 Morrison St in Sherman Oaks. So far, BGI was able to build 4 properties and renovate several few and sell them to the housing market. One of BGI visions is to be able to acquire Residential and Commercial Rental Properties.
